Why is upholstery priced individually?

Every furniture piece differs in size, design complexity, condition, fabric requirements, and labor involved. Because no two projects are exactly alike, each estimate is prepared specifically for your furniture.

Can I provide my own fabric?

Yes. We accept Customer's Own Material (COM). However, a COM handling fee applies, and customers are responsible for purchasing sufficient material. We recommend discussing fabric specifications with our team before purchasing.

Why is there a COM fee?

Customer-supplied materials require additional inspection, verification, measuring, and scheduling. Since we cannot control the quality or availability of the fabric, additional handling is necessary to ensure the best possible result.

Commercial Projects

Commercial upholstery projects involving Customer's Own Material (COM) may require additional yardage for pattern matching, testing, and installation. COM handling fees apply unless otherwise specified in the proposal.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required before ordering materials and scheduling production. Due to the custom nature of our work, deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.

Fabric Notice

We strongly recommend performance fabrics such as Sunbrella®, Outdura®, or other marine-grade materials. When customers provide their own outdoor fabrics, a COM handling fee applies and warranty coverage is limited to workmanship only.

Furniture Inspection

Existing furniture may contain hidden structural damage that is not visible until disassembly. If additional repairs are required, we will provide a recommendation and an updated estimate before proceeding.
